Vanessa Thompson
Vanessa Thompson studied painting and history of art at the University of Natal (PMB) in South Africa. Her work is mainly figurative and colourist with a strong interest in pattern. The canvases are life size to allow an intimacy and absorption for the viewer. The feminine is a central theme of her painted work. She is currently studying existential-phenomenological psychology at Duquesne University.All paintings featured are oil on canvas.
