Doc
Ross lives in New Zealand, and works predominantly in New Zealand’s
South Island, with regular trips around the world. His work is a
mixture of
still life’s, abstract details and landscapes. All his photographs are
printed by the artist himself (in his studio here in Christchurch) in
Silver Gelatin with
toning of either Selenium and or unique toning solutions he has
developed himself. He works towards combining contemporary images with
classical
printing techniques. His work is printed in editions of either 5 10 or
15. More recently he has started to produce larger scale Giclee prints.
His work
has been widely exhibited around the world, including an exhibition and
